How long are sessions and how frequently will we meet?
Sessions typically occur weekly or bi-weekly on a mutually agreed upon day/time. Each session lasts for 45-50 minutes.

How long do I need to be in therapy?
Therapy is a unique to everyone. Your own experiences and challenges are your story to tell and process. The amount of time is based on life changes you want to make and depending on readiness for therapy. I typically see clients once a week initially to establish a relationship and get a foundation of who you are and the work that needs to be done. We will establish treatment goals; review progress each week to create a plan that fits your needs.
